For your convenience, we have now added the option for you to download the outfitting menus online. These menus are in PDF format and can be viewed, filled-in, printed and/or submitted electronically using the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader.


Select and fill out the appropriate menu (based on your type of outfitting) from the choices below.


Please Note: When making your menu selections, please keep in mind that your choices apply to everyone in your party. Food items are not packaged in individual servings. Click next to each meal item of your choice. Also, please select your beverage preferences. Hot lunches should be planned for lay-over days only as they require a cooking fire.
Your first breakfast and last dinner are not included with your food provisions. You are "on your own" for these two meals - which you will probably eat in Ely.
